Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs, holidays or carrier issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Moonriella, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges once opened or used.

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions to assist you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
